Based in Branksome, Poole, I will give you my full address once you have made your appointment.
As I work from home I do not have a waiting room so if you bring anyone with you they must either come into the treatment room or wait outside.

Payment
Cash only please as I do not have card facilities.

Appointments
Appointments can be made by phone, text or email. If I have space in my diary, short notice appointments are no problem. Tanning appointments have to be made at least one day before as you need to prepare your skin, if you don't, your tan may not take as well or last as long.
Waxing is by appointment only so please don't just turn up without one. Even if I’ve treated you before, please always leave your name and mobile number so I can call you back. Please always give me some idea of what dates and times you’d prefer and what treatment you would like, as I need to know how much time to book out for you.

Cancellations/missed appointments
If you need to cancel please give me as much notice as possible so I can book someone else in your place. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, simply do not turn up for your appointment or are out when I arrive at your house, you will still be charged the cost of your treatment.
